Sugar Factory located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip is looking to hire Porter/Cleaners.

Job Duties:

Ensure that equipment and dishes are cleaned, sanitized and ready to prepare and serve food.
Sanitize counters, stovetops and other places where food is prepared to meet health regulations.
Assist kitchen managers with inventory by organizing food storage and telling them when items need to be ordered.
General cleaning including: sweep and mop the floors, wipe out trash cans, change garbage liners and clean and organize food storage.
Assist kitchen staff with food prep as needed.
